Includes: Parking, snow removal, electric, heat, water, sewer, trash removal. Tenants pay cable and phone only.
A $250 deposit is required to hold the apt until contracts are signed. (The deposit will be applied towards the security deposit.) Contracts will be signed with each individual person in the unit (for those under 25, parents will need to co-sign.) A security deposit equal to 1 month rent (per person) will also be taken at the time of contract and will be returned upon satisfactory evacuation of unit at end of tenancy.
