including Winterim (9 months) 

2 people = $2577 per person/per semester

3 people = $1718 per person/per semester

 

 

Includes: Parking, snow removal, electric, heat, water, sewer, trash removal.

Tenant pay cable and phone only.

 

 

To hold the apartment, a contract and full payment are required. Contracts will be signed with each individual person in the unit and may include being co-signed by a parent.  A security deposit equal to 1 month rent (per person) will also be taken at the time of contract and will be returned upon satisfactory evacuation of unit at end of tenancy.
